Flatland Inspection Services is unique among Canadian medical gas
testing agencies in that we specialize in providing
independent third party inspection and testing services and as built AutoCAD drawing creation to health care
facilities in central Canada. We are accredited by the Standards Council
of Canada (SCC) to provide certification testing services.
Certification testing of new construction and renovation - drawing review, plumber orientation seminar, interim site inspections, final testing and documentation all form part of the certification services we provide.
Annual preventative maintenance testing - the CSA standard requires annual testing of all medical gas outlets, valves, sources and alarms for function and leakage.
Semi-annual medical air purity sampling - every six months medical air systems need to have a gas sample tested by a SCC accredited laboratory.
Systems evaluation to CSA Standards - we provide professional systems evaluation and reporting to compare existing systems to current standard requirements.
AutoCAD as built drawing preparation - a CSA requirement to maintain as-built drawings gives owners control and reduces risks.
